These are ongoing Temporary positions with the potential to go permanently for experience in employees. Responsibilities: ? Handle inbound phone calls regarding customer information ? Taking urgent or sensitive phone calls and handling them with professionalism ? Documenting each call to ensure quality ? Following up on messages and responding to emails ? Escalating phone calls if needed Experience: ? at least 1+ years of call center experience ? Steady job history ? Strong Microsoft Office/Word/Excel skills ? Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
