Business Development Specialist

Primary Responsibilities: Work with Senior Management to identify, analyze, and develop strategic approaches and product plans that align internal growth strategies with customer and market needs Accountability to lead and/or participate on cross-functional proposal teams to develop and execute win strategies Develop personal long-term relationships with key or emerging customers to influence opportunities. Strong demonstration of capabilities in business case development, value proposition, developing and presenting customer solutions, and negotiations Strong project management, time management and organization skills Qualification: Basic Qualifications: 5 years' experience in Sales, Business Development and/or Program Management Preferred Qualifications: Highly proficient in MS Office Suite Exceptional business acumen Prior experience in commercial and/or defense aerospace environment Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong demonstration of team leadership skills, with a high level of initiative and the ability to work in an environment of rapidly changing priorities Works autonomously with limited oversight from manager Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required; advanced degree in a related field preferred Job ID 74643BR

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
