Responsibilities
We are seeking a college student to the support the embedded software engineering and development work for our Health and Usage Monitoring Systems (HUMS) currently being used in military and commercial helicopters for Vehicle Health Management (VHM). The responsibilities of the position include assisting with the design, coding, and testing of HUMS software and systems.
Qualifications
Enrolled in Bachelor's Degree program at an accredited University in Electrical, Software or Computer Systems Engineering. Completion of junior or sophomore year preferred. Previous intern experience in the HUMS Engineering department at UTAS-Vergennes preferred. Good communication skills will be required to support technical communications. This individual will need to work with limited written and verbal direction and be able to work in a fast paced team environment. Must be a US citizen or permanent US resident with Green Card. Interest in electronic vehicle health diagnostic systems, digital signal processing and helicopters desired.
