Responsibilities:
The candidate will use their skills and experience to:
Support high volume manufacturing processes. Create and improve work instructions and communicate directly to assembly technicians. Provide feedback to design engineering on manufacturability of current and future designs. Work in cross functional teams including operations, quality, design engineering, and supply chain to reach common goals. Continuously improve the efficiency and yield of product. Select and design tooling and equipment for use in production with justification of cost and reliability. This position will also require:
Conducts detailed design work focused on the layout of assembly operations. Plans the sequence of operations and develops specification procedures for the fabrication of tools and equipment and other functions that affect product performance. Improves production methods, determines manufacturing capacity. Preferred
Qualifications:
Experience with assembly integrating precision machine parts and circuit card assemblies Ability to design tooling using NX CAD for use in production Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, including ability to communicate with senior leadership and assembly technicians. Basic
Qualifications:

Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
