Manufacturing Analyst (Onsite/Hybrid Schedule)

Role Overview:
Serves as the primary interface between the operations team and all required data and system interfaces. Fluent in SAP, they use reports and data extracts to maintain current status and update performance tracking tools. The Manufacturing Analyst maintains master data for manufactured and purchased parts, sub-assemblies, end items and other parts as required. Supports the capacity management process, including identification and escalation of long term capacity gaps to ensure successful execution of customer demands in support of SIOP. Executes continuous management of the master production schedule. Supports Ad Hoc requests as needed. Job
Responsibilities:
Primary liaison to Operations teams to all sources of data, reports, KPIs, and charts. Seeks to infuse technology solutions wherever they would pose an upgrade to the existing infrastructure. Engage other teams to support new technology implementations if needed. Coordinates with Operations leaders to visually express numerical information pertinent to manufacturing, throughput, recovery, capacity, and other performance metrics. Develop self-service tools as needed to support manufacturing and program management Drives resolution for challenges of varying difficulty, scale of functions involved Ensures practices and procedures are communicated to supporting functions Conducts studies pertaining to cost control, productivity improvement, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems. Familiarity with SQL server, Visual Basic, and Tableau are all considered a plus. Responsible for supporting all technology and data related requests for the operations teams in Vergennes. Interfaces directly with SAP, analyzes data extracts and model scenarios as requested to optimize and express current status and potential outcomes. Qualifications:

Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
