Northlands Job Corps, located in Vergennes, VT, is looking for a Payroll Specialist/Purchasing Assistant to perform routine payroll and purchasing related functions for staff and students. This position maintains and processes all payroll functions for the Center; reconciles general ledger accounts and prepares associated journal entries; prepares and files all tax reporting requirements related to state withholding and unemployment taxes; prepares bank deposits and processes monthly bank adjustments; assists with the purchasing functions of the Center; Please apply with cover letter and resume to: Equal Opportunity Employer Female/Minority/Disabled/Veteran Two year's of payroll experience, and must possess a valid driver's license.
